SpaItalia A huge success for the 20th edition of SpaItalia!

Far more than a success or an achievement, a plebiscite! For the 20th edition of SpaItalia, DG Sport had pulled out all the stops, right down to the finest detail. Outcome: an incredible attendance record, proving that Italian cars and motorcycles are more in fashion than ever. The organisers were overwhelmed and commented that they had never seen such a large, family-oriented throng at SpaItalia! Full steam towards the 30th …

It’s pretty simple: merely take a look at the flawless balance sheet, Florian Jupsin, in the name of DG Sport commented. Not only were there more visitors than ever, taking advantage of this summer Sunday, but the enthusiasm was widespread. And the spectators came with their families! To see so many children rushing to take photos of cars, motorcycles and various personalities in the heart of the paddock at the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, was quite simply magical! Any person who claims that mechanical things no longer interest anyone was certainly not at SpaItalia on Sunday!”

Between the various riding and driving sessions on two and four wheels, an exhibition on the 60 years of Lamborghini won unanimous approval, notably thanks to a rare and gorgeous Miura, well filled exhibitors’ stands, a Parata Italianathat brought together more than … 600 cars on the Circuit (!), a focus on Ducati that won over the bikers, not forgetting the motorcycle stunt and drift shows put in by ‘Mr Nogues’ in the heart of the paddock, there was definitely something for everyone!

What more can be said about the omnipresence and total availability of Raul Marchisio, aka ‘The Professor’, who more than seduced the spectators. A true figure from the motoring world, a through-and-through fervent, so passionate that petrol must run through his veins, he offered up selfies as he mingled with the large crowd. A contagious passion …

In a nutshell, a 20th SpaItalia such as one DG Sport had probably never dreamed of! “The event is going from strength to strength, and this last Sunday it reached new heights, Florian Jupsin continued. It is now up to us to do everything we can to continue to seduce a public that is crying out for more. The entire team – whom I would like to thank for the enormous amount of work they put in– is boosted when it comes to the next editions. Full steam towards the 30th! “
