SpaItalia Drifting with an Alfa Romeo is truly a spectacle!
This year marks Alfa Romeo’s 115th anniversary, and SpaItalia is ready to offer something special for the occasion! The event will showcase Alfa Romeo's rich history, stunning design, impressive engines… and some exciting spectacles too!
To add to the excitement, SpaItalia will feature a unique combination of Alfa Romeo and drifting! On Sunday, June 15th, two Polish drivers, including Krystian Morawietz, will take centre stage in the heart of the Ardennes. The audience won't believe their eyes – and ears – when they see these drivers performing with a modern Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTV, specifically modified for drifting!
This car is rare in the drifting world and boasts a powerful 2.9-litre engine with 24 valves and twin turbos. The results are astounding: 510 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque, accompanied by a sound sure to captivate everyone. If you thought drifting was exclusive to powerful Japanese GTs or German sports cars, think again!
Krystian Morawietz and his teammate will take to the track three times throughout the day, revving their engines each time and providing an exciting experience for the crowd. This is another example of organiser DG Sport's commitment to ensuring there is something for everyone at SpaItalia.
